"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for two nights as a solo traveller, and while the room was small it was clean, warm, and quite nice. The bed was comfortable, too. I also had control over my own thermostat which was unexpected but I was very grateful for. As for the bathroom, there was reliable access to hot water, plenty of clean towels, and a hairdryer that worked well. My only note was that the shower door did not close all the way, but that didn’t really cause me any issues. The...

"Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room....

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"
