The pearl was an excellent place to stay in NYC. The room was clean and spacious and we loved its location in the heart of Broadway. Many attractions were within walking distance and there were several tube stations around, as well. The staff were great, too. Highly recommended!

Nothing but a positive experience. The room felt clean and everyone was so professional. We felt safe and the location was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see including Central Park, the theater, and Time Square

The hotel is very well situated and most of the staff are very friendly. I had an issue with a sink tap in the room twice and the team were very professional and quick to respond. The room was big and although a bit dated, was clean and perfectly suitable for my stay.
