So I felt this was quieter and suited our family of three perfectly. There was no disturbance from the nearby trains leaving the station . "The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. "I've never stayed at a 4* hotel so I might be oblivious to things that others consider "normal", but damn that was a nice room! One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, great shower, spacy room, and air conditioned (seemed to be a luxury in Switzerland, maybe I'm just cheap). The hotel is also close to downtown and is 1 min away walk to an amazing view of the Matterhorn. I was also pleasantly surprised by an included can ride to the train station at checkout. "My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"
