Hotel berdekatan Funikular Zermatt–Sunnegga

"The perfect Hotel if you want to go to Zermatt!!!! Everything was great. I’ll need a few pages to describe how good this place is. We felt like at home. The amenities , restaurant, breakfast, room, sauna, pool…. All 5 stars Just to mention a few people like Albano at reception, Bastian at restaurant, Stefan always so helpful, Cristina in housekeeping. Will come back again. Just across from Sunnega tram a close to everything. Highly recommendable "

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a beautiful penthouse with views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was excellent and they even took us to the station in the snow at a moments notice. Wonderful! "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"I loved this property. They are centrally located in the middle of town. Close to train station (but their shuttle will come get you) and between the two lift locations. I walked each day to the lifts but there is a town shuttle however the walk was beautiful and just as quick. Each evening I enjoyed the onsite hotel tub and spa amenities. There is a wonderful breakfast that is the cherry on top for this property. "

"This property is a resort - we didn't participate in many of the amenities, but ate at the restaurant and enjoyed many other aspects of the hotel. This is Zermatt - an incredible place if you've never been. Hotel Alex Resort is the closest to the banhof and we were greeted at the base of the resort by a wonderful genteleman who took all of our baggage (a lot) which allowed us to check in with comfort and ease. And what a wonderful check-in experience by Nunja, a Croatian who spoke impeccable...

"We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Patricia. It was comfortable and convenient to transportation to the mountain, and it has a locked equipment room which was nice for skis and boots. We liked having a the kitchenette to cook some of our food during the week. And, we really enjoyed using the spa/pool at the nearby Alpen Resort & Spa at the discounted rate one day."
