The hotel is centrally located in the town, quiet and convenient. However, we don't like this hotel at all. There was no reception desk in the hotel, and we were instructed to go to another hotel for check-in. The beds in the room were terrible, which was only 1 foot above the ground. Other furniture was so old and in poor condition. The sofa looked like the one from garage sale. In addition, the breakfast was not good. So we won't use it again if we come visit Zermatt in the future.

Great hotel, hope to stay again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and exceeded my expectation. The cleaning staff were immaculate. Clearly all the staff cares about the hotel and it really shows. Room was smallish but had tons of built in storage and it was more than ample as a solo traveller. Would recommend and would stay again.
