Hotel berdekatan Pusat Membeli-belah Centro Maya

"The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem."

"Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend."

"Free complimentary breakfast is delicious. It is also convenient to have the free shuttle service to the airport and the staff is so nice and helpful"

"シャワーがちゃんと出なかったり、トイレの水もちゃんと流れない。夜は水道が使えなくなる"

"Un lugar para pasarla bien pero con detalles de algunos servicios"

"The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay."

"Todo bien con la habitación. Excelente opción por el costo. Tiene una ubicación muy buena, a un lado hay un mercado en donde puedes desayunar por muy buen precio."

"Monica was excellent, and I felt very welcomed back after this was my second stay. The room was comfortable and felt very well cared for. Although the checkout and exit, just as with the first visit was disappointing. A passive aggressive text saying I should check out 5 minutes before so they have time to check the room, followed by comments about my natural black carbon toothpaste suggesting I had stained their towel. I showed them it's a natural product and washes out, of course I would not...

"Para una estancia tranquila que cubre lo básico, fue genial, si lo recomiendo"

"Necesito mi reembolso por cobro doble"

"Housekeeping staff were very attentive, and overall the staff was exceptional. Our pool staff, Domingo, was phenomenal! Excellent personable customer service, meeting needs before they were known. He and his poolside coworkers were so friendly and took caring to a new level."
