"The family room turned out to be 2 adjoining rooms, which was even better. There were 2 sets of doors between the 2 rooms - a bit excessive in my opinion as it made a portion of the wall unusable. Room was very clean and the drinking tap was great. A bit cramped in the bathroom, and the sliding door was a bit stiff. Swimming pools are smaller than it looks in the photos and hotel map - once we got over the initial surprise, still an enjoyable experience. The mini lazy river was neither here...

"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
