"Very nice comfortably hotel. Only issue was when i went to the restaurant thats said to be open from 6.30am until 10pm at 11am to be sent away as it closed until 12"

"I had an excellent stay from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations. My only suggestion would be to make the bathroom a bit more accommodating for international guests by adding a hand shower, jet spray, or bidet to the toilet commode."

"Our 4th or 5th times staying with Crown Ppaza Hotel. Love the location, the convenience and everything else. The room is new, everything is clean and nicely design. Friendly staff. Check-in a bit longer compare to some other hotel. Easy self-checkout. Would be even better if there is more luggage space as our total holidays 2.5weeks 😅. "

"The rooms was small for three people, we had a double bed and a single bed but the mattress and pillows were so comfortable we all had a good night's sleep! The facilities were great as soon as you come out of lifts there is water filter and other amenities for our stay. We walked to the hawker food court and a shopping centre near by. "
