"Superb staff, the concierge, Rizwan and Sarwes were excellent. Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too. "Very clean, spacious, and well organized room. Every hotel staff member I came across was attentive and friendly. The only thing I would comment on was the duration of our check-in. I stood in line for at least 20-25 minutes and at the counter for another 20 if not more. The system couldn’t locate my booking reference due to their recent system updates. Not a big deal but I wish I didn’t need to take almost an hour just to check in. Overall I had a great time and it felt like a true mini getaway vacay away from the city! "
