"This is a very unique bed and breakfast! Very close to the train station and the metro. It was a bit tricky to find but once inside the building the place is great. There is a very old elevator that will take you to the 4th floor but you need a 10 centimo coin to make it work so be prepared! Once you register, the owners provide you with coins! The rooms are spacious and have great showers. Breakfast was provided and plenty. Perfect for a short stay in Napoli!"

"The room was great and Angela was very nice and helpful. Great price and convenient to train station. It should be a 6 star but it is difficult to find and the elevator is very small and a bit old. Knowing where it is now I would stay again but this general area is not a 5 star area. If you are elderly maybe a different option"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. The train station...

"The location of the Excelsior is superb, overlooking the Bay of Naples. If you have the port side rooms you wake up to Vesuvius across the Bay and can watch its many moods throughout the day. On the roof top terrace you can watch the lights turn on in the city and see Vesuvius become a presence that is hard to ignore. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and we needed it after 12 days of negotiating the cobblestone streets of the Amalfi Coast, averaging 6 miles a day, and...
