"This property advertized shuttle service from Naples airport but this was not the case. I called the property on arrival at the airport and was told there was no shuttle available. Taxi or public bus was my only option. Found this to be stressful. We ended up calling an Uber. The hotel is approximately 15 mins drive away. "I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside the hotel. It was not only clean and luxurious, it was welcoming. So was the desk clerk. The staff went out of their way to help our group enjoy our last night of travel together. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend.
My only complaint would have been the noise from the halls. But this problem was addressed by the hotel with complimentary earplugs. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of."
