"Really pleased with our stay- we had to checkout before breakfast- so cant comment on that, but the night receptionist and security guard (out front) were really friendly and helpful (especially as 3am!)"

"Somehow our reservation got lost. The front desk was very accommodating. Basically said that the two of us would not be comfortable in the small room anyway. So they gave a large suite with a for the same price.very nice hotel. We stayed just for the night for our return flight. Linguine with lobster was insanely goid in the restaurant."

"We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We came for 3 nights and weren't sure what to expect but Niccolo arranged for an airport transfer and introduced us to the room and the property and made us feel at home right away. He sorted us out with a delicious local salad and spritz and we chilled by the gorgeous pool - what a way to arrive! The room was very comfortable and stylish and we looked forward to the breakfast every morning! We didn't have a car so walked the 30 mins to the local train...

"The room was beautiful and the balcony too. It was a great experience. The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples. "

"My second stayed here and Francesco greeted me . Checkin was very easy . Really enjoyed my stay the bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcomed. The only addition for guest ( and this a suggestion not a complaint ) in terms of amenities would be an iron and ironing board . Would not hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend. "
