"The staff at Blu was exceptional. Giuseppe and Mario are truly five star staff. Traveling companions had an issue with the manager as they had to cut their stay short and she was unwilling to come out of her office to even discuss a refund or you a tab for the bar restaurant. Thankfully the rest of the staff understands customer service!"

"Hotel is comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well located. A few mins walk to via Corso and 15 to railway station. The pool area and dining room have wonderful views of bay of Naples. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked. Our standard double room with balcony was fine but we had no view and could have done with more hanging space for a 7 night stay. The sound proofing between rooms and floors is terrible. Kept awake by a crying baby and then by the dining room above prepping for breakfast....

"This is an outstanding hotel nestled in the hills with outstanding views. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough to help you.
