"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot.
One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via...

"Clean hotel is a bad neighborhood. The restaurant did not serve dinner until 8pm and with a 4am pickup this was frustrating. Pizza from room service was nothing special. With the neighborhood offering nothing food service should have wider hours."

"The hotel is not in Sorrento, but they operate a shuttle bus hourly. If you’re looking for town centre location, this is not for you.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend."

Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at.
Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist.
Breakfast was well stocked and varied.

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was spacious and we loved the balcony view. The staff was helpful and friendly.
