Cari Hotel di Bandar Metropolitan Naples

"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

"I liked the hotel a lot . But I was disappointed with having a room on the floor that hadn’t been refurbished. But it still was very clean and had a great view . Fortunately last two nights of stay they bumped me up a floor to the new refurbished floor . It was beautiful!!! Really beautiful . I’m happy with the staff they did that for me . As I payed same price as my family who had a room on the refurbished floor for our whole 5 night stay ."

"The place was beautiful, and it served breakfast every morning. Don’t rent the electric car the lady at the desk told us we would be able to go to Amalfi and back and she was wrong. Got stuck 5 miles from the hotel, the front desk wanted us to walk down the mountain to find a place to charge the car. Finally someone from the hotel came to pick but in the car they called us stupid Americans which I thought was pretty inappropriate."

"It wasn't bad, but reducing 1 star because given the price point I would expect a much better breakfast (the omelet maker was putting such a small amount of toppings, baked goods tasted stale) and better pigeon control in the breakfast area. Apart from that it was conveniently located and it served as a good base to explore Sorrento and Amalfi."

"Our room was not very clean and the offer for coffee in room , they supplied us with 6oz paper cups 😵‍💫"

"Chambre propre et personnel avenant"

"Warm, and friendly;"

"駅近くで便利です。カプリとアマルフィに行くのに大きな荷物を数日預かってもらえました。"

"Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent and welcome champagne and snacks in the room when we arrived were lovely. What could’ve made it even better: There was a conference going on when we arrived yet the staff didn’t indicate which of the amenities were available and which weren’t. For example we couldn’t use the indoor pool until after 6 PM at which point we were out and about for dinner So it was a little disappointing to not be able to use the amenities on the property"

"The front desk help was exceptional. They were very patient with helping me understand the shuttle times and local ferry schedule above and beyond the call of duty. The view for breakfast is unmatched and alone worth staying here. My girlfriend was so happy with this location and remembers it as a highlight of our trip to Italy. To reiterate, the bald gentleman with glasses at the front desk offered unmatched customer service which was very unusual compared to other places we stayed in Europe."

"Great hotel. Very well situated. Breakfast was good but Lunch and dinner available were below average."

"Great Location and accommodation was good. Staff were super helpful. We had a couple of issues with milk and coffee being restocked in our room daily. There was a minor amount of mould in the bathroom as they service the rooms twice daily, the standard of service should be higher it is average at best. As a top tier hotel I think having bottled water replaced daily is a must??? Overall great accomodation and breakfast was good. Just a few improvements and the property would be top notch. Good...

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is really well located, with great views of Vesuvius just outside as well as lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed themselves. Pool was a bit cold given we went at end of Oct, but great to sit around the pool. Great access from the hotel straight down to the beach side via its own lift."
