"Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it."

"Very nice resort. The rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and pools were all very nice. The beach itself wasn't as pretty as others I've been too. The service was all great with the exception of the french restaurant. I personally wouldn't bother getting reservations for any of the restaurants. "Our stay at this hotel was a very good experience. However, upon arriving there we were not received as VIPs as has happened in other hotels, we were not recognized as such and the worst thing was that we did not receive orientation to the facilities, shows, places to eat, etc. We had to figure it out ourselves.
