From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. We were blessed to have David as our butler, and his service was nothing short of A+. He answered all our questions promptly, helped us with every need, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made all the difference in our trip. The entertainment was fantastic, with shows that kept us amazed and engaged each night. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that satisfied every craving. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, stunning views, and a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. Our ocean-view room with a balcony and outdoor jacuzzi was simply spectacular—waking up to the sound of the waves and ending the evening under the stars was pure bliss. "Definitely eco-friendly because they try to turn on the AC and lights as little as possible. Big rooms, convenient, good food choices, nice pools, fun activities… Overall satisfied. There were always flies in the dining area and restaurants, which was very annoying."
