Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful when booking restaurants. There were plenty of options for food and activities. There were Nexus staff at the resort so booking excursions was pretty simple and easy. The on site spa was also very clean and a nice experience. I would recommend guests to bring mosquito repellent as there are quite a bit here, I even got bit while in the spa. There are Royal Holiday staff at this location that will try to sell you on their service, I would recommend to be firm if you are not interested as their presentations can eat up a bit of your time.

Me and my husband just came back the stay was great there was internment every day, clean friendly staff they only complaint is that the food for example for vegetarian there was no protein options except veggies only, for sausages you won’t know if it’s pork or beef,, there were few days when we had no hot water in case you like hot shower that might be an issue.. otherwise the resort is big and great with two large pools and big pool for kids side with playground

By far one of the best resorts I have ever been to. From Jerry helping us with check-in and all the information (Thank you so much for you great assistance and kindness), to the wonderful staff throughout the resort. Excellent. This resort has EVERYTHING and more. The entertainment was diverse and simply amazing. The food was so GOOD. The beach is simply breathtaking. We definitely recommend and would be back 100%!

The room in this resort is nice and clean, with the AC system working perfectly. In the buffet area, there aren’t many choices and the food tastes below my liking. This is by far the worst wifi I have ever seen on a resort. The wifi did not work at all and you could only connect using you cellular data. For the price we paid and not having access to a wifi is unacceptable. I will not come back.

The resort is nice with nice pool and restaurants and I would give them 5 stars, but because the beach was not cleaned up for three days and cockroachers were our "guests" in our VIP room I am giving 2 stars.

Our stay was well spent and beautiful. We went for 4 days and we spent all doing excursions with the family. The only regret I have is that I didn’t make reservations for the dinners and we were stuck eating Buffett food for like 3 days straight. So don’t forget to make your reservations for dinner as soon as you finish check in. Overall, good hotel and good service.
