Overall the trip was ok the staff in buffet was excellent and others in the resort was ok. There was only 1 swimup pool bar which was crowded at times this resort needs another swim up bar also no pool activitys food was ok weekends get overcrowded with locals again Overall trip was ok not sure i will go back

Everything was amazing on our trip to the Caribe Deluxe Princess. The only downside was the pushy vendors who would not leave you alone and the "not a time share" people on the resort. Neither of those are necessarily the resort's fault so I do not hold those against the resort. The staff was amazing and friendly. Flora in the main buffet was amazing!

My mother really enjoyed her stay. The hotel is clean, very beautiful, and well-kept. The delicious food, the variety of restaurants, and the comfortable rooms made for an incredible stay. What stood out the most was the hotel staff's service, the entertainment, and the activities. The entertainment team did an excellent job, always attentive, ready to help, and making sure guests felt welcome. My mother is taking home the best part of the Dominican Republic: the kindness of its people. We definitely want to come back next time as a family. thank you

The property was very nice and so was the staff , the buffet was better than most specialty restaurants, didn't care for them except the Mexican and didn't try the Dominican one . The Japanese one we didn't like the rice was good but that's it they never ask how we wanted our meat cook *med rare for me ) they don't provide wash clothes unless you ask but over all it was nice and again the staff was awesome and so was the spa

Wonderful staff! Most of staff were friendly and very kind who seem to fo their job with joy. It's a very pleasant place to relax and have fun. Rooms were comfortable, but mattresses could be better. Cleanliness was in general ok, but could be much better especially room bathrooms, dishes/glasses at the buffet, and pools. We had a great time.

Other than the friendly staff the place was terrible property is not maintained well Beach is absolutely gross filled with seaweed and smells like rotten fish the pools have algae growth all around them the drinks were typically watered down the buffet food was not good even the restaurants you have to reserve a spot for was terrible. If you're trying to save money you won't at this all inclusive because you end up going outside of the resort a lot

Beach was nice, but sargassum was everywhere. Not their fault. Pools were nice. Housekeeping was inconsistent- some days good, some not. Refrigerator didn’t get restocked with beer. Staff didn’t interact much unless you spoke Spanish. I don’t and that’s on me. The airport is horribly disorganized. Could not get a reservation in any of the restaurants. I tried on day one of my ten day stay and they were all booked. I was quite disappointed about this and won’t return because of it. I had to eat at the Buffett every evening.
