"The property is very nice. The rooms at comfortable but outdated, specially the bathrooms. Access to the beach is great and pools are great. Restaurant is good and buffet is very complete. I think if they want to be 4 star they need to make some important renovations and upgrades. Other than that it’s a very good hotel. "

"Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. Breakfast was basic, the location...
