The views from the hotel are lovely and the staff were extremely kind, but I was a bit disappointed with this place, especially for the price that we paid. Be aware that the upper area where vehicles do pickup/drop off is currently under construction and hard to access/navigate. They had wheelbarrows, motorbikes, and rebar all over the place - we had to squeeze past it, which was hard to do with suitcases. Manageable but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so with elderly or children.
They do have golf carts to take you up and down the resort which is very helpful as there are many stairs and their restaurant food and drinks are really delicious. The room though was where we were disappointed.
The "A/C" was not sufficient, leading to the room being extremely hot and stuffy. The bathroom was half indoor/outdoors which in theory was adorable but our room was near the stairs from another suite. I'm not sure if anyone could see in but I could see workers going up and down the stairs multiple times while I was going the bathroom and using the shower, which left me feeling exposed. The bed only had 1 bedside table and plugins on the 1 end of the bed. They also did not have an instruction guide in the room - would've been nice to have instructions on how to use the toilet bidet, when breakfast started/ended, and a few other details.
Lastly, be aware that something is being built next door - it slightly ruined the vibe to sit in our private pool and hear construction noise.
