"Would not recommend this hotel. There was no WiFi which was apparently an issue for days and they did not let guests know. The WiFi was also the only source of tv connection so you were not able to watch tv. Woke up to shower and discovered there was no soap in the bathroom and one tiny towel- went down to ask for soap and extra towels and was told there was nothing that could be done until 9 or 10 am when housekeeping starts. Was also told there would be no way to get extra towels because they...

"AC was broken but the staff was quick to fix it"

"Overall it was a great stay. I paid for city view and the view was very underwhelming for the 19th floor. My air conditioning was also not working. I had called to see if it could get fixed. I was told someone would come up to take a look at it and no one ever did. I had to open up the windows in order to get any form of air since the room was so hot. Very disappointed with how they handled that."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only disadvantage is that it lacked a fridge. Once in a while we heard sirens in the area. The hotel is closed to a train / subway station, two stations away from Times Square."
