"This hotel was a home run from the get-go. I pulled right in and the valet took my car, and then the wonderful woman at the front desk gave me an upgraded room which had a beautiful city view. I was able to check in early with no charge and my room was great. I met my daughter for brunch in the Nomad Diner and the service was great and the food delicious. I highly recommend staying here! We easily walked everywhere. "

"We only stayed one night but our stay was great. We weren’t able to get into our room early, which was perfectly fine, so they were able to keep our bags for us. Once we got back to check it, it was easy peasy! The room was very clean and typical of NYC size rooms. Plenty of space for the two of us. Bathroom was a decent size as was the shower. "Third time staying at Paramount Times Squares, and if I am ever going back to NYC, I would stay there again. Absolutely perfect. Location is great, staff is nice and helpful, good breakfast, and good amenities. If you are looking for something luxurious, this is not it. If you are looking for something efficient, this is the place. Recommend 10/10."

"The staff was friendly and helpful at check in, pretty lobby, secure elevators. The room was clean and very quiet except for one very loud slamming Exit door to the stairs. That might need to be addressed. Other than the occasional loud door slam, the room was extremely quiet. The noise of the city below was not heard throughout the night. Breakfast was amazing and well organized. I would definitely stay here again."
