The room is clean and beautiful with everything you need, and all of the staff are very kind and friendly. The location is good - walking distance from Nanjing dong-ru, within 1.5km from Xintiandi, Bund, Yuyuan. If you plan to spend the most of your time in Puxi area, Opartment will be a great choice. "The most helpful staff weโ€™ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again. "

"Great experience. Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. We stayed for a week and had breakfast. Breakfast had buffet and menu included. Quality of food was great but for one week and no change in menu was boring. They said they change the menu every 2 weeks and in my opinion thatโ€™s too long for same many. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I visit Shanghai again. "
