"This hotel really delivers the iconic Mandarin Oriental experience. The staff are courteous, professional, and attentive. The property is gorgeous. I was a bit worried that the entire property might be a bit dated, but I have a feeling like the photos don't reflect fully the actual state of the facilities and rooms here. "Not a great experience, not worth the value. Check in process was slow. Requested baby cot when booking but it didn't reflect on the system. Luckily house keeping manage to get one. Other staff in the hotel wasn't helpful too. They are trying to shun away from guess. The breakfast service was poor. Limited food choices and the waitress are not attentive. "
