"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

"It is an all-inclusive property. But anything not included is much more expensive than in US. I had a food poison after eating the sushi in the buffet. When I called the front desk for help I was told the on site doctor would charge 150 dollars per visit and 30 more if you want the doctor come to see you in your room. All the food and drinks I took was inside the property and I have to pay myself for their negligence on the food safety. On the hand this property is kids friendly. They have...

"This hotel met all the expectations. Our family typically stay at the Riu but we decided to try something new. We were very impressed with their food, service, and ease when scheduling an event. We celebrated my aunts 50th bday and Viri was easy to work with. She had everything ready for us and they assigned 3 of the best waiters to help deliver a great experience. We were a group of 25 and when I say everyone was happy just shows what a great resort this was."
