"Our stay wasn’t the best this time. We had high expectations since this hotel is advertised as one of the highest-rated. Don’t get me wrong—the main lobby, pool areas, and beach are beautiful. However, there was a very strong fragrance throughout the hotel that was overwhelming for me. Unfortunately, our room had several issues. The shower leaked, allowing water to come out from the door frame. The bed felt loose and very shaky. The mini fridge had a bad smell, and the next day when we tried to...
