Booked a room and they didn't have it

Showed up and they told me the bungalow I booked wasn't available but i could have a room if I waited 40 minutes. An hour later I was told the room didn't have a lock and there was actually no where for me to stay. So I had to walk around and find another room at 10pm.. is say that's pretty bad.

I chose this hotel based on old reviews. They probably have been closed for months due to COVID and reopened in the worst conditions possible. The room is dirty and smells like mold, the towels looked old and dirty, the bathroom was filthy and I could not dare to walk without shoes in the room NO WIFI in the room, not always the breakfast was available and to complete the disaster we saw a HUGE RAT outside the room!

Whole on vacation we decided to see if we could get a hotel closer to the beach. we found the hotel and the pictures looked great and decided to book. shortly thereafter we were walking back to our existing hotel and decided to walk by the new one all excited to see it. Unfortunately what we saw wasn't the same as what the pictures were. In all honesty the place looked closed. we decided that wasn't where we wanted to stay and within a few hours of making the reservation we were trying to cancel. Hotels.com attempted to reach the hotel for three days, when somebody finally answered they declined our request for a refund. We continued our vacation elsewhere and had to pay for rooms we didn't use.

Great affordable hotel to stay a few nights. There's no TV. The Martina Beach Club with which they have an agreement with is pretty far away. I wish they'd have an agreement with a closer one. Since I stayed during the pandemic and right after Delta came through, the hotel was pretty quiet. The Argentinean ladies at reception were nice.

Personnels et propriétaires très charmants , se soucient de notre confort et bien-être. Très propre, Confortable, chaleureux et accueillant. À deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Solid Hotel, Good Price

Photos are accurate. The AC was broken in the room but everything else was as advertised. Good service, nice pool, and excellent location. It was quiet at night, as well, so sleeping was not an issue.

La estancia fue buena, la cama un poco dura, limpieza diaria, toallas limpias, la alberca no tuvo horario para poder ocuparla, el personal bastante amable, cuenta con renta de bicicletas, AC, ideal para descansar y olvidad la rutina. volveré!!!

Nos encanta este hotel, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí y ya tenemos reservada una tercera, todo el personal es amable y te sientes como en casa, las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas, cuentan con aire acondicionado, ventilador, agua caliente y camas cómodas con sábanas suaves, también puedes encontrar agua para beber y caja fuerte, la ubicación es excepcional,está a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y de la playa, el antro Mandala está muy cerca sin que llegue a escucharse el escándalo de éste, la atención de "Ayelen" es increíble, super amable y con una energía increíble, tuvimos la fortuna de conocer a los propietarios que también te hacen sentir como en casa. Cuentan con Day Pass así que puedes invitar a gente que no sea huésped o simplemente estar ahí y utilizar la alberca sin hospedarte pagando un monto super módico que es a consumo mínimo, el restaurante y el bar son muy buenos y los precios muy accesibles, un detalle que nos encanta es que puedes usar la alberca hasta tarde sin que estén presionando para que te salgas, sigan así y mil gracias!

It’s a cute property, the bungalows are adorable, but very basic, basically just a room to sleep in. No televisions, hot water works sporadically, basic pool, & the beach nearby is not pretty and the air outside stinks like dead fish. I believe they have a restaurant there but never offer or showed us a menu. I wouldn’t stay there again.
