We truly enjoyed our one month stay at this hotel! We always felt safe and comfortable. It's located in the perfect area. Shopping for needed items is close, Restaurants are near and walkable. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The staff is very helpful and fun!

We stayed for one night twice during our trip. The rooms were clean and spacious and very conveniently located next to the bus central, ADO alterna. Most importantly, it was a quiet area. Nothing luxurious but very good value for the price.

Love it!

We have stayed there multiple times. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. It has all the amenities bed and shower are wonderful. The room is spacious. We will go there again.

We have stayed here several times over the years as an overnight or 2 before flying home post AI stay. The beds are not comfortable, but we always get an apartment with a kitchen and plenty of room for my family of 4 and that makes it worth it for the price. There is a small pool in an enclosed courtyard to cool off in. Any time we have needed anything from the staff, they were quick to help and friendly. We enjoy this hotel s location because it is away from the touristy area and there are tasty food options all around.

The location is good. The noise from night clubs bus shuttles right next to our room was inconvenient. Expect to be woken up at 3 am on most days. The bathroom needs an update Sliding door is broken and no hot water on some days..

The bus station from the airport only goes to the one on 5th avenue going back to the airport it's the one very close. The room was ok but only air conditioning in the bedroom if you have the suite. Our tv had to be changed as it didn't work. The pressure in the shower ok for Mexico but not great we had hot water. Didn't see any bugs... getting in the elevator is like walking in to an oven. Overall it was ok. Location good as it's quiet.

Clean close to ado bus station

Good front desk staff during our checkin, room was clean. Could use NEW TOWELS twice have stayed here twice towels have holes . Bed needs a mattress cover your mattresses are very hard . The blow hair dryer was not working tried different outlets. They turned elevator off at nite we least a5 am had to carry our luggage down stir 83 yr old man .

No water early mornings pumps turned off !!!!

Hotel is convenient next to Ado bus station , restaurant Nextdoor. We booked it because it was close to Ado and we can walk there to get to Airport on bus.l2 days in a row NO WATER TO SHOWER EARLY MORNING. They use cistern and turn off pumps t nite no one can turn back on till mgr comes in 7-8am too late . No shower —- bad bad bad . Can use normal reg pillows too not tiny makeshift one . Could be very nice place toasty if more attics oid to customers comfort. People expect good service clean place AND WATER .

We stay here frequently as it is beside the bus depot (alterna). Rooms are big. There is acoffee maker and pack of coffee in room but no water, creamer, or sugar. The shower head has at least half the holes blocked and this is common in México. The a/c is mounted over the bed so the cold air falls rapidly onto your feet. Your upper body will be comfortable, but your feet will be freezing. Best take a blanket for them. Coffee in the lobby in the am. Fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice on the corner in front. Othe corner towards the squarehas good tacos. Try the taco's camarones.
