"The hotel is located just one block from the train station, which made it incredibly easy to walk there with our luggage. It's situated in an office building, and my only complaint is that I wish it were one block farther away from some of the nightly street noise. This is close to train station and walkable to famous Florence attractions. Taking away one star for the elevator/lift. Now I understand most hotels in Europe don’t even have that option, but when you retrofit, it could have been done in a better way — it is the smallest, slowest a hottest elevator I have ever seen."

"Very clean and nice hotel. All staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Something I appreciated is that the staff was never "too busy" to look up and say hello. This allowed us to feel seen and recognized and gave us the opportunity to ask questions about the hotel or services near by. It is apparent that this business holds high standards for themselves.
