"Hotel is modern and rooms were well decorated and maintained. Staff was exceptional from the front desk, food services to the daily housekeeping team. Breakfast was lovely. Nearby buses and train but not close enough to hear traffic. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had to take a rental car to Florence from Rome because the high speed train wasn’t working this weekend. The drive was great, parking is offsite but very close to the hotel, you just walk to the right of the parking garage and go around the plaza and the hotel it right there, I personally do not like taking the elevator because I’m a bit claustrophobic, but the suitcases and the husband aren’t, plus it’s only a few steps up ( or maybe a few more than that) the codes are easy to use to get...

"Great location, great rooms, comfortable stay. Stayed in the privilege room with balcony which was quite spacious. Note that hotels in the Florence city centre cannot turn AC on outside of the summer months, so you are out of luck if it’s hot outside of those months. We visited in early april where it was 26c and the rooms were 25c but could not cool down."

"Hotel was good for price and location. Bathroom was nicely updated. Staff was helpful and made efforts to resolve the room being too warm - much warmer than the hallway. A portable fan made it possible to sleep. The air conditioner also made a knocking noise which we eventually found was a plugged filter getting sucked upward and making a knocking noise. We removed it. The management compensated us satisfactorily."
