The breakfast really sets you up for the day with the huge choice and lovely food. The staff work hard at keeping all the choices fully stocked. The connections into London are good. Well worth a visit. "

We went down to the reception and asked for another room, which they switched instantly without any question. The reception staff was honestly so nice and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and would 100% come back."

"We checked in on Christmas Eve and were really pleased with how clean and tidy everything was. Our twin room on the 11th floor was spotless, comfortable, and check‑in was smooth. "Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "
