"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of both hot and cold options. I also want to mention that the staff were helpful and kind."

The room is really cozy and the staff would always provide amazing recommendations, the hotel is located near to a couple of tube lines and tons of restaurants as well of convenience stores. The amenities in the building were great too, we were able to wash and dry our clothes for less than 6 pounds."

There are lots of things surrounding the hotel, so plenty of places to eat/drink & do activities. The room was quite cramped for the price paid, but I am not sure whether that was exclusive of this hotel or just a problem that is common in London."

"Have stayed at this hotel approx 6 times. It’s gradually gone down hill. The lifts are constantly breaking down and when you have 39 floors you can be waiting ages for one to stop on your floor. Pool is nice but poolside shower wasn’t working in December and still not fixed April. Staff joke about the lifts but two of our party got stuck in the lift twice over a weekend stay. Of course the city views from some rooms and the roof top bar are stunning but sadly company has not invested in keeping this hotel 4 stars."
