The staff we encountered were all very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and showed us the electronic check-in option (sorry, can’t remember her name). "I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out. It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."
