It’s so close to everything, the staff are so accomodating and the rooms are nice and spacious. The pool and spa were also super enjoyable. Will definitely be back here again!"

"The BEST location, you'll never get hungry when stay at this hotel, because lots lots options for foods, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, supermarket. All within walking distance. Hotel is always busy during my stays, can't really expect to request early check in if u book more than 1 room and stay in the same level. Cleanliness is good enough for me. "The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."
