"We stayed at the Alfir resort with our daughters, 12 and 14 years old and we really loved it! This is a very small and quiet town by the beach and to have the option of three lovely pools at the hotel or just to walk to the beach was amazing. The service was very good and the room was clean and very modern. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
"Really laidback and a gorgeous location overlooking the bay. Pool area is lovely and the opportunity to just sit by the sea and watch the world go by is great. Sea swimming and diving off the pier an added bonus. Lunch menu is superb, dinner less so, but over all a great place to stay and chill. "
"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "
"The hotel itself is lovely, staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit basic, but the pool is lovely and great location. Everything clean and tidy. "

"This is a great hotel in an amazing location. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is amazing. Roof top bar and pool are what make it. Rooms and facilities are superb too! "
"Staff were excellent, extremely kind and helpful. All staff went above and beyond to make our staff exceptional! The entrance to the hotel is outstanding with an incredible view of the sea the minute you walk in. We were greeted extremely well upon our arrival - extreme apologies I’m not sure of the lady’s name. She showed us to our V level room, which was readily prepared with complimentary gifts to celebrate our wedding anniversary and big birthday. She showed us how we select a scent of our choice from our room and we were greeted with a wonderful sea view. This wasn’t an interrupted sea view as there were lots of trees and a view of a car park but the sea view was wonderful all the same.
We had breakfast every day where there was a good range of options.
The lift from our area of the hotel was slightly temperamental but we only had to travel a couple of floors so wasn’t a problem for us.
Whilst there, we had spa treatments which were excellent and used the hotel pool. As part of the V Level package we had use of a cabana, just be mindful this is first come first serve - there are more available around the beach area. Dubrovnik has one sandy beach which requires a ferry trip all other beaches are pebbly.
We had a meal in the Momenti restaurant with a 5 course tasting menu and bottle of wine. Our service was excellent from Martin and we had an outstanding sunset view completely to ourselves! Overall an incredible city and hotel stay. Thank you all!❤️ Highly recommend!"
"I like the fact there were many options for food. There were restaurants within the hotel and outside by the pool. I also had a nice updated room with a great view. It was very quiet during the evenings and end at nights. I especially like the fact I can use the indoor pool or the outdoor pool depending on the weather. Everything was nice and clean."
"The Hotel Lapad was lovely. The staff was great at check in, however I did have to ask for my VIP perk the next day (bottle of wine.) The pool area is beautiful, but they put the loungers away at 7pm. Also, if you want a lounger (sun bed), get to the pool early since there aren’t enough considering the size of the hotel.
The hotel is in a lovely area, but it is a €20 taxi ride (one way) to the old town. Parking is very convenient, with a gated lot next to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is large and has many options. They do have complimentary sparking wine, so you can make your own Bellinis
Overall a great stay "
"Staff were really helpful with local knowledge. Catching the number 6 bus was so easy and made travelling into the old town convenient. Loved that we were that little bit further out from the Hussle and bussle of the old town, but had great beaches/ beach clubs and some lovely restaurants close by.
Property facilities were great, having a bigger gym would have been a personal preference. "
