They sent a video of how to find the entrance, which helped a lot because it is hidden, like many places in Old Town area. Good communication. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location is superb, a short walk from the ferry port and the old town so were able to walk everywhere. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious with basic catering facilities, the welcome snacks and coffee were a nice touch. Very close to a good bakery and supermarket.
