"Check in was fast and easy. We were in a hurry to get to a tour of palace. Was 30 min walk to palace. Hotel is located close to a main hospital about 2 blocks away. Lots of parking. Seems like an old dorm for students or something, that was converted to a hotel. Worked great for us as we only needed one night stay "

"The property was located in an excellent area and bus no.6 is cross the street to take you to old town. The bus tickets could be purchased in the hotel and it was really easy and convenient to access the old town without a car. The dining options are excellent, breakfast was included and had excellent choices and options. Really impressed with the whole experience at Valamar Lacroma Hotel. We also had access to the beach in the sister hotel President and the service and staff was excellent...

"This was a beautiful hotel like apartment in a great location. They have an elevator if needed. It was comfy and staff was great Easy to check in and received great recommendations. Mokosh for brunch was one of them and i highly recommend it. Its beautiful. I had to ssk about our free drinks nut there wete no issues getting them. Maybe there was no vip room upgrade bc it wasn't available. Didnt matter, our room was great"
