"I’ve had great stays at the Ganesvoort but this one was mediocre at best. Elevators took forever (15 min!), service was really bad too. I sat down to eat at C&C and was told to expect an extra 20 minutes once I ordered and half the menu they were out of. Not worth the money unfortunately."

"I booked based on the photos, aesthetic, location to what we had planned, and price - it had a fun vibe and I am pleased to say that it was an even better stay than anticipated. From the greeting at check-in to the staff in the restaurant as well as the housekeeping staff, we were always met with smiles and kindness and generally ended convos with laughter! Check-in/check-out was a breeze, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!"

"We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn on W 36th in NYC. Upon arrival all the staff were very helpful, they stored our bags safely while we toured the local area until our rooms were ready. They called when one room was ready but not the other 2. I booked through Expedia and prepaid the room, which I will NEVER EVER EVER do again. This hotel charged me again for all 3 rooms when I checked out. Had to go to the front desk and speak with someone 2 times. The first person claimed I was not charged...
