"My new favorite stay in Manila. Great room at a great price with staff that helped me withing minutes if i ever needed anything. The location is also perfect on the most entertaining street in chinatown. Nearby food is great, watsons for any needs, and 7/11 open 24/7 for emergency snacks. Special shout out to Jayvee for helping us with our room and carrying our heavy baggage. Front desk during my stay was very helpful as well, answering all my questions and telling me where I could find nearby...

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"Security is a high priority. Rooms are clean, water can be almost hot, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, they generally do not bother me. Hotel is connected via footbridge to the parking area of the adjacent mall, so easy access to decent mid-tier shops, a lot of dining options. Much lower priced shopping options just down the street. Numerous trikes available in front of mall for quick and reliable transportation. Overall, I'm pretty pleased."

"The shower it's not working ang the light and bed it says kings size bed but it's only a 2 single bed that combine together and it's not comfortable the was so old I think it's too dark in the room.!!!"
