"This was a beautiful hotel and located on the canal. Great views of the gondolas. The bar and outside seating area was very nice and had a great view on the water. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location and very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. The bathtub/shower was somewhat narrow and small and didn’t have good water pressure. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked three rooms for a one night stay. The management couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The morning we were leaving it was pouring down rain and they helped us secure a porter to take our luggage to our water taxi. They also helped us cover a couple pieces of luggage with black garbage bags. The location was great.
