What we liked -- Excellent Location. Very close to everything - Shopping, Taxis, Food, Gondola, Attractions. Staff is very professional. What we did not like -- Hotel -- Too Old and needs lot of improvements. They will need to remove the chandeliers from already cramped rooms. They must remove the ...

Lovely stay - perfect location by St Marc’s square with lovely views of the canal. Great bar and breakfast. Housekeeping perfect. Even has its own water taxi dock.

Lovely location...first impression was a bit far out..but it was lovely going back to a quiet hotel and away from the city.
Very little town maybe a bit too quiet for my taste but locals are extremely nice and friendly, the food is amazing plus thel city is very well connected to Venice snd more.
