"Excellent location to access all the main streets and squares. The property manager Christian was so helpful throughout (including recommendations) from check-in to checkout - and always contactable if needed. Would happily recommend. "

Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. The only thing we didn’t like is that we paid the same amount as our friends but didn’t get a balcony because not all rooms have a balcony.
