Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. "One of the staff, Dini, was very helpful and suggested lots of things for us whilst we were in Ipoh. We had one of the rooms near the lobby/entrance of the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient at night e.g. if we had to go to the bathroom... but other than that it was a great stay! Not a big problem."

"I only complaining when I have real problems with the accommodation and first I always try to find the solution on the spot during the stay with the accommodation. I would have done this time as well if there would have been anybody in the property. I just got a message with an entrance door code to get in and the possibility to choose room number #2 or #3. "Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"
