"The hotel room and location were great. The facility was clean and had pleasant staff at check-in and valet service. The dining room service was much less impressive. The portions were reasonable for the price though. "

"We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend! The location was fantastic—just steps from downtown, shopping, and so many dining options. The grounds are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the second-floor porch where we caught the most refreshing breeze. Having access to the bikes was such a fun bonus, and we made great use of them! The only small thing we noticed was that breakfast items could use a little more frequent replenishing. That said, it didn’t take away from how wonderful everything...

"Very clean, staff cleaning all of the time. Great atmosphere and enjoyed the live music. Entry doors could use shaved and adjusted, however best air conditioning system I have ever used in a hotel. Fairly quiet central air, but actually works and adjust to any temp you want. Great for sleeping. Older hotel, but well maintained and best atmosphere around. "

"It was very decent for the price room was very clean we had no issues and they cleaned/refreshed linens room while we were out and about wasn’t expecting that with most hotels big on carbon footprint reductions convenient location 20 mins to Hilton Head Island and 10 mins Savannah GA would definitely stay again "

"The hotel is spectacular. Im surprised it is only a 4 star hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff was super friendly (from valet, front desk, restaurant, and cleaning/maintenance staff). The rooms are spacious. They offer a white noise machine in the room. Though, the hotel is quiet and the machine was not needed. Very walkable to river front and the shops. The food was amazing in the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner. I do wish they had more appetizers/tapas on the menu. We felt safe. We loved...
