"The owners were absolutely amazing, they gave us a lot of useful information upon our arrival. Extremely helpful. They even made us a breakfast to go on our departure day as we had to leave very early in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Also the location was great as well. Very close to bus stops and the train station."

"Amazing hotel. Near to the train station and the central part of harleem. Staff attentive, friendly and knowledgeable x We spent days out in different areas, harleem, Amsterdam, etc and within walking distance to the station. Hotel room was quirky and beautiful x clean and tidy. Staff definitely keep the place in great order. We had breakfast one day and plenty of choice, fresh food available and extra cooked options too. If we visit again would use this place as our base"

"The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me navigate bus/train routes, were responsive. the restaurant staff were very lovely. located very close to the bus station and can easily walk to downtown. very quiet. if I find myself in Haarlem again, would love it."

"Hôtel un peu à l’écart du centre de la ville, mais situé à côté d’un arrêt d’autobus et d’une épicerie de l’autre côté de la rue. Chambre très propre munie d’un petit frigo. Personnel très aimable. Salle d’entraînement et sauna disponibles. L’hôtel offre du café, du thé et des fruits gratuitement, ce qui est très apprécié."

"The excellent staff did all they could to make or stay as pleasant as possible. However, the rooms were outdated and a bit scruffy. We had to ask for the rugs to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor washed before we felt comfortable with the cleanliness. The major drawbacks were that the hotel is without air conditioning and some rooms are quite noisy, as they are on the street with bar and restaurants all along the street on which the hotel resides. That said, I would consider looking at it again...

"What a fantastic find in Zaandam — we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hotel is surrounded by excellent options for dinner and drinks, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes it a pleasure just to step outside. A lively shopping street is just a few meters away, and the train station — with easy connections to Amsterdam and other beautiful nearby cities — is conveniently close, making it the perfect base for exploring the region. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the hotel freshly...
