"The hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good too. The property is a little far from the center and it’s not accurately described by Expedia. We had to take a tram and a train to get to the center. The tram was not that close as described. It was at least 7-10 minutes walk to get to the tram station from the hotel. Overall great experience."

"Great location by the airport. A clean hotel that is a great place to stay when you want to be by the airport. I generally dislike the hotels that have the shower and toilet just in the same room as the bathroom. You are basically in a pod. Could be better. But it was good."

"We were allocated a ground floor room. The window closure was not substantial nor was the window locking. The central heating could not be turned off (or on) making it very unpleasant. The ventilation grille above the window was jammed shut. There were no net curtains therefore we had to keep the heavy curtains closed and the lights on. There were other minor points including a dirty bedside cabinet top (on arrival) and a dirty sock (under the bed). I have written to the hotel but the management choose to ignore my major complaints and replied only to minor problems. I have since written again but no reply was forthcoming."

"The proximity to the train was what sold us on this hotel. Just steps away, I worried it would be loud and/or not feel quite safe but I was wrong. Not a worry at all. The staff was wonderful to us, stored our luggage and prepared our room a little early, knowing that we had flown in from the states on an overnight flight. They didn't have to do that but they did with a smile and it was very much appreciated. The only reason I didn't give the hotel a perfect score is because they were renovating, so the entire hotel was covered in a white sheet and the scaffolding (and therefore the workers) were right outside our window, so we had to keep the drapes closed for out entire stay. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, we understood that it was a temporary situation that couldn't be avoided to keep the property looking great on the outside. The inside was impeccable and when you're laying your head down to sleep after a long day of exploring, that's what mattered the most. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The junior suite was excellent. Despite the hotel being full it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well positioned for access to the town. I would recommend this hotel. We did not try the food so cannot comment on that. "
