Een 10 geven aan een hotel doen we niet vaak. In dit geval is het meer dan verdient. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en klantgericht. De kamer is schoon ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De lokatie in de stad is top! Het ontbijt tot slot, is uitmuntend en ook nu behulpzaam personeel dat je alles wijst wat nodig is. Geweldig! Een aanrader voor een ieder die niet alleen wil genieten van het mooie Haarlem, maar zich graag laat verwennen door dit uitmuntende hotel.

The exterior and lobby area of the hotel was lovely giving it an appearance of luxury. However once you exit the elevators and on your floor, the disrepair shows very quickly. The carpets were dirty and stained. The walls chipped. The room was very little, and for the most part clean but aged. The window looked over the roofs of neighbouring buildings and all the piping for ventilation etc. the bathroom was very small and you had to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the shower wall. The shower however was wonderful and hot!

This hotel is very outdated. The floor in our room was sagging and the carpets everywhere were dirty and stained. The photos on hotel’s website are very deceiving. The bathroom in our room was not even close to the photos. The shower floor was cracked, the water didn’t drain properly and the floor looked dirty because it’s so stained. We would not stay here again. I wish I read the reviews on Google and not on Expedia. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good. The location is excellent.

Zimmer prima, Leute nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lautstärke von draußen muss man mögen. Für Reisende, die keine Ahnung haben was sie erwartet, kann die Lautstärke und der Trubel schon sehr überraschend sein

Excellent hotel- the nicest one I’ve ever stayed.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Haarlem. Stayed here 3 nights whilst doing a bike tour around Holland and this was a beautiful place to use as a base for a few days. The room and wet room were huge and we had a lovely view of St Bavo’s church. Just perfect! Also had to stay an extra night and luckily our room was still vacant!😊

Mysigt mitt i gamla staden!

Fantastisk personal! Hjälpsam och inlyssnande. Hotellet ligger centralt o på mysig gata med restauranger. Ändå känns allt lugnt och gemytligt.

Warm en luidruchtig

Wij houden van Haarlem. En dit hotel is super centraal gelegen, vlakbij heel wat eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Wij waren hier net na een hittegolf, de kamer was bloedheet en er is geen enkele kamer met airco in het hotel. Er stonden 2 ventilatoren op wat verkoeling te bieden. Gezien de hitte mocht er wel een flesje water voorzien zijn in de minibar, die wel voorzien maar leeg was. Het raam stond open om verkoeling te bieden. Helaas kwam hier heel wat lawaai van buitenaf door (met het raam dicht ook trouwens). Het feesten buiten heeft geduurd tot 1u45, dit terwijl onze wekker al om 6u45 ging voor een geplande uitstap. Hoewel de ligging perfect is, zie je ons hier dus geen tweede keer.

Gut gelegen im Herzen Harlem’s, aber dafür ziemlich laut. Das Hotel ist innen geradezu bedrückend dunkel, das fanden wir nicht so schon. Aber am meisten kritisieren wir das spartanische Frühstück mit Honig in kleinen Plastiktüten und nur Margarine in kleinen Plastikverpackungen (nicht gerade umweltschonend), wenig Auswahl und schrecklich künstlich schmeckendes Rührei. Nur der Kaffee war gut
