"The hotel was clean and our room was spacious and well stocked. On our last day of our stay, we didn’t have any power and had to carry our luggage down the stairs and that’s not the worst thing - but the hotel staff could’ve offered complimentary coffee/breakfast/made themselves more available as opposed to being MIA and letting everyone fend for themselves. We should be compensated fully or partially for the last day of our stay as we rushed out, did not even get to use the washroom or have water available. The location of the hotel is also in a very “touristy” area so would not recommend if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay."

"We had the “junior suite” which was more a bedroom with an annex than a suite. Met our needs but if there had been more than two of us access to the bathroom would have been a problem. Breakfast isn’t in the actual hotel but in a restaurant down the road, which worked out fine but might not suit everyone. Having said that, those little idiosyncrasies added to its charm, and location is second to none!"

"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"

"You had to turn sideways to get to the lobby. Bath room very very small, for 1 person. The window in our room...you could not sit at you very small table and look out the window, as described in Expedia pictures. At one point had no hotel water. A/C terrible. No room service. Terrace on rooftop very small. Only 1 table/chair overlooking Trevi Fountain. Would NOT stay here again."
