The pictures that were up when we booked are different. The pictured showed a cute building in a square. The hotel is on a street leading to the square with a tiny green door that was difficult to identify. There is a tiny elevator way down the corridor that 1 could fit in with one suitcase but if someone forgot to close the manual doors you had TJ do the stairs. The room was lovely and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night on the way back through Rome. My major issue was that when booking I explained that wifi was extremely important that day. The wifi was down and the front desk is only there until 1pm (but give before noon on our checking day) I called and no one was able to fix the issue over the phone after 45 minutes of trying. I had to hot spot off my phone which was extremely expensive. They did offer the €6 city fee comped. I would not stay here again.
