I forgot her name but the lady receptionist was very kind enough to upgrade my room as being a gold member of Expedia and accommodate me earlier than check-in time. Not always you get this treatment - this is actually my first time. Room was spacious and premium feeling. I'd recommend 100% and will come back to stay there definitely.

I really like this hotel. Clean and tidy. It has a microwave which was convenient to heat up food. The bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. I've stayed here 3 times now and will stay again. I took the shuttle to the airport it was on time and only cost $10, super easy, just book it at reception.
