"The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility."

"This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. "Definitely recommend for families with children. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which was very convenient. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly."
