"We were greeted by Mel and Eva as we entered the hotel and they gave the best first impression ever! They were so helpful and we were able to check in early which was so nice, although they would have accommodated storing our luggage otherwise. The location was perfect with short walks to Paddington Station, restaurants, bus routs and hop on hop off bus pickup location. The hotel was spotless and there was always someone at the front desk. Would highly recommend."
